Unopened cans

Return any unopened can within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Email us to start a return and we will send instructions.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Opened product

For hygiene reasons, opened cans and used pouches cannot be returned.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it ships.
