These terms apply when you buy from Ora (a Swift Scale Technology brand) at orabreeze.com.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to purchase.

Caffeine product

Ora contains caffeine. It is not for children, people who are pregnant or nursing, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Use as directed on the can. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Ora is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are charged as described at checkout. You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it ships.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically and are billed on the schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your next charge and you will not be billed again.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
